That Oily Skin
That
oily skin is du� to too many fats. pastry and starches and improper elimina­
tion. Two bowls of this puree daily will work wonders with the skin.
(1)
Slice into pieces unpeeled cucumber, pineapple, cabbage or cauliflower and put
through Vitamizer. Serve with ground Brazil nuts.
(2)
Cut up radishes, unpeeled cucumber. celery and tomatoes and put through
Vitamizer and eat with ground almonds.
Tooth Protection
(1)
Carrots. dandelion. turnips. apple and cauliflower cut up finely and put
through the Vitamizer. This puree to be eaten with an ounce of ground
almonds and oats.
(2)
Potatoes unpeeled. cabbage, spinach, parsley and cucumber cut up finely and
mashed in the Vitamizer. Ground almonds and walnuts make
a
delicious and
energising meal.
(3) Watercress. green peppers. radishes, asparagus and apples. Cut into small
pieces and put into Vitamizer, ground walnuts and wheat complete an
excellent dish.
(4)
Carrot, cucumber, nettles and garlic with a little parsley pulverised
in
the
Vitamizer and flavour with orange juice.
Anaemia
There
are
many enemies of beauty but anaemia is a particularly persistent one.
the cause for which is malnutrition. Here are dishes that will check the develop­
ment of this distressing condition.
(1)
Carrots, radishes. asparagus, turnips. raisins and figs. Cut these into smal1
pieces and mix in the Vitamizer. When thoroughly mixed, sprinkle over
ground almonds and wheat
freshly
crushed. The Vitamizer is an excellent
machine
for
this work.

This
is
a
very
distressing complaint and is the result of present civilised refined
diets.

lack of trace elements
is

Heart Complaints
