The Spinach Vitalizer
Two small roots of well washed spinach cut in three and one small tin of

juiced. You will have a lovely spinach
juice
drink, deliciously
flavoured with the pineapple. This is
a

ic
k
and valuable tonic
in
which you can
take into your system the necessary chlorophyl and iron, so indispensable for
healthful li\:,ing.
Nut Drinks
It is
generally recognised that nuts are of a
very
high type of protein. but
in
this
country of bad
dentures. difficulty
is
found in masticating large
q
ua
n
t
i
ties of nuts.
With
the modern Vitamizer that problem is solved.
Cashew Nut Cream
Half a
cup
of
raw
c
a
sh
e
w nuts,
q
uart
e
r
cup of sunflower
oil, one cup of
water
and
one dessertspoon honey, two dessertspoons soya bean flour. Put into Vitamizer
and
liquefy
until a smooth cream
is
ob
t
ain
e
d
.
The thickness of
the
mixture can
be regulated b
y
the amount of soya bean flour added.
By
ad
di
ng more
water, this
makes a delicious
nut
milk,
which can be
flavoured
by
either
a dessertspoon of
pineapple juice or a dessertspoon of apricot nectar.
Almond and Apple Juice Energy Cocktail
Half cup of almonds, one cup apple juice, liquefy until nuts are ground into
smooth substance.
You

Soya Butter
Grind in
your Vitamizer soya
beans
to
a fine
fl
o
u
r
.
Add
four tablespoons of
water. Cook
f
o
r
several minutes.
Add a cup of soya or sunflower seed oil,
add a little health
salt and
put
back
in Vitamizer until
the
oil disappears.
Ground Almonds and Orange Juice Cocktail
Put
in the
Vitamizer
half
a
cup of almonds and one glass of freshly extracted
orange juice, add a teaspoon honey. Leave in Vitamizer for
a
few seconds.
Soya Bean Milk
Grind one
cup
soya
beans in Vitamizer, add
two cups
water. Cook over double
boiler for one hour. When cool put in Vitamizer again with quarter cup of honey.

Sanitarium Health Stores), or one quarter of pressed oil.
Add
enough water to

Swiss Ground Nuts and Oats
Breakfast
Take one tablespoon
of
prepared oatmeal, soak
in
about three tablespoons of
water overnight. Next morning add one tablespoon of lemon jui
ce
.

of honey and one large shredded apple. Mix thoroughly and serve
in
bowl with
Nut cream,

e a tablespoon of grounds nuts (not powdered) over this
combination.

The following recipe is well known to athletes

Put the yolks of
two
eggs, the juice of two oranges and a teaspoon

of honey
in
your Vitamizer, blend for ten seconds.
