Apple Pancakes

Potato Pancakes

Roll

cover with flour and fry

lard

brown.
Flapjacks

(peeled), diced

Vitamize
all
ingredients
in
Vitamizer
until
smooth . Bake on griddle as for ordinary
pancakes
until
cooked golden brown.

seconds. Pour

mixture
into bowl and allow to ' stand for

hour. Cook in

normal way.
Banana Fritter
To

peeled
bananas .

Fritter Batter

t. sugar
1 C.
s . r . flour
Place all ingredients
in
Vitamizer
and Vitamize until you have a
nice
smooth
batter.
Fru it Batter Fritters
Using
the
above fritter
batter,
almost any
fruit
can
be
used in
either
one of two
forms .
The
first form is to add the fruit to
the
batter while i t is
in
the
Vitamizer, and
run until
all
the
ba
t
te
r
and frui t are evenly
Vitamized.
Then
the mixture can be
dropped
into
oil
in
a
hot
pan, spoonful
by spoonful,
and turned
until
brown
all
over, or alternatively,
fried in
deep
fat.
The
second method of cooking fruit fritters, and
this is
very popular
with
bananas,
sliced pineapple, or sliced
peaches,
is to drop the fruit into a bowl of
the batter
and
then
either cook
in
oil or deep hot
fat.
In
both cases serve covered
with
castor sugar.
